Affective delivers module in Customer Excellence and Behavioural Insurance in CAS Programme at University of St Gallen.

Affective has successfully designed and delivered a comprehensive lecture in Behavioural Customer Excellence and Insurance as part of a new programme collaboration with the Institute of Insurance Economics at the University of St Gallen (HSG).

The full-day module taught by our Managing Partner Torben Emmerling as part of the new CAS in Customer Excellence and Behavioural Insurance covered the making of Behavioural Science in strategy and policy, the fundamental theory of choice architecture and nudging, the principles of persuasion as well as an intro to behavioural experimentation in organisations.

We are looking forward to further strengthening the collaboration with the leading academic team and the various practioners of HSG. Moreover, we are looking forward to developing more practitioner-oriented formats like the Applied Behavioural Science Academy with our various partners. Onwards and Upwards!
