We are excited to announce our latest publication on the 5 Biases that Trip Up Remote Managers in the Harvard Business Review. In the article, developed by Affective’s team members Torben Emmerling, Alessandro Paul and Daniel Seyffardt, we present a behavioral science informed checklist of five biases that leaders should watch out for when managing remotely, as well as some scientifically proven tactics to counteract them.
