Affective on the latest Behavioural Science-informed Programmes to reduce Energy Consumption of SMEs

Following Affective’s recent work and publication on “Behavioural Insights in Energy Policy” , we are featured in a comprehensive Blog Post of EnergeiaPlus, the magazine of the Swiss Federal Office of Energy. The article concisely summarises three behavioural science projects in the SME context to motivate energy efficiency currently in development.

We feel happy and honoured to have been part of those projects in collaboration with different partners. Together with act Cleantech Agentur Schweiz we have elaborated quick wins to motivate energy efficiency and saving. Together with CKW we are partnering in designing and trialing innovative electricity bills for SMEs motivating greater energy efficiency. And last but not least, together with Company Factory, we have examined the impact of a sustainability labels on consumer perception, preferences and overall attractiveness of Swiss companies.

The Blog Post also features an interview with Torben sharing some more insights and answers to a selection of pressing questions related to the projects. If you want to know more about how energy efficiency can be motivated in the SME context, check out the article here.
